Send us a message via Instagram or Facebook Direct. If you want, you can also contact us via Whatsapp or even send us an email. We cant do Phone calls, but we can hear the whatsapp audio.

The response time may vary, after all social media is a little, shall we say, toxic and we shouldn't spend too much time on it, right? ;) But we check messages daily, at least twice a day and we will get back to you quickly.

All of our products are assembled and tested manually. These are exclusive, limited-run pieces produced on demand. This means that we will not always have the pedal or product in stock. And we don't charge anything in advance. Talk to us. We will produce and as soon as we have the unit ready, we will let you know.

The payment method is by PIX or transfer. We are looking at other ways, if anything comes up we will inform you here.

And the price, is there negotiation? In truth no. The price is calculated for each batch of inputs we purchase. It is based on the price paid for components, packaging, labor costs, fees. Finally, we do not apply a boutique margin or extra value because they are exclusive items or because they are in high demand. And we are the factory, so we are already skipping all the middlemen. The price on the website is calculated like this, if we can pay less the sales price will also decrease. Even with artisanal production, we don't want to auction or sell to the highest bidder. Therefore, if we do not have the item in stock, we will put you on the waiting list. We will respond in order of requests and as quickly as possible. As demand increases, we develop more efficient forms of production, which reduces waiting times. Of course there will be a limit to this, as we don't want to give up the manual nature of the process.

We ship throughout Brazil and abroad. Normally via "Correios", but we can discuss other shipping methods.
